Ichonic builds ecommerce apps for Wix and Shopify stores
We ship focused conversion tools — product reviews, ad tracking, subscriptions, chat, and site speed — and we write the setup guides that go with them. The goal is simple: help a store add one useful feature without turning the site into a slow pile of widgets.
What we build
On Wix, our live App Market products include Proofy Reviews, Live Chat & AI Chatbot, Speed Booster, and click-to-chat buttons (WhatsApp, SMS, Maps, LinkedIn). On Shopify, we ship Pixel Pro for Meta and TikTok tracking, and Smart Subscription for replenishable products.

What we write
The blog covers the same problems store owners search for: how to add product reviews on Wix, when a testimonials section is the wrong tool, how to reply to a bad review, Meta Conversions API setup, subscription trade-offs, and when not to install another app at all.
Titles and slugs stay stable once indexed. Content stays practical — start with the answer, use real product behavior, and say when a tool is the wrong fit.
What we do not claim
- We do not invent apps that are not on the App Market.
- We do not pretend Google Business stars are product reviews — product pages need product reviews (Proofy); Google Business proof belongs on brand pages.
- We do not sell fake-review volume or "guaranteed ranking" packages.
- We do not run full agency redesigns. If you need a custom platform rebuild, we are the wrong hire.
